I think that the majority of the information could be shown in 1 video rather than multiple parts. However, the videos do explain the process well. It would also be helpful to update the video about the tawk dashboard as it has already been updated.

The training does its thing in the sense that I feel good and excited about starting. I feel that the course addressed some of the anxieties I had about what the role entails. I appreciate the organization for providing this and feel it will enable my success.

The training was very helpful and the videos were informative. I think some of the quizzes could be better if there were a variety of types of questions. I think that would be more engaging and would help the trainee understand their level of understanding better. All in all, it was a fantastic training program that I am thankful to have been able to go through!

I always feel useful and satisfied when empathizing with people to make decisions easier for them. Assisting people to make decisions is not that difficult, it is only by helping them to verbalize their thought process. Therefore, only a good listener with strong empathy and a non-judgmental approach is needed.

The information provided in the training is pretty useful. It would be best if more examples can be provided. One thing that needs to be improved is word-spelling.
